DESCRIPTION:It’s cold out there Ottawa! The Coldest Night of the Year charity walk returns to Ottawa’s Westboro Village — or take it to your very own neighbourhood! \nWe’re running a virtual event this year\, which means you can get your walk on at our special Westboro route\, or wherever is easiest for you. \nCovid-friendly and suitable for the whole family\, we welcome you to come together with your community to raise funds to help us help local women in need of support. \nFeel the bite of the night on February 26 — or any February night that works for you — as a reminder of the hardships people endure when they don’t yet have a home. \n\n\n\n\nAll net proceeds from the event will directly help Cornerstone Housing for Women! We support women in Ottawa experiencing the crisis of homelessness find hope\, healing\, and housing. \n___ \n\n JOIN OUR WALK! \n\nStarting a team of co-workers\, family\, or friends is so easy — or you can sign up individually or with your dog! \nRaise funds and then walk individually or in your team bubbles\, either in your own neighbourhood or on our suggested Westboro routes. DESCRIPTION:Deanna Singh will be performing in a concert on December 4th\, 2021 featuring pianist Jean Desmarais & cellist Erik Tunäng. The location is at St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church (579 Parkdale Avenue) at 3:00 pm. Doors will open at 2:30 pm. \nAdmission is “pay what you can” with a suggested donation of $25.00.
