Cornerstone Housing for Women's Young Professional Advisory Board (YPAB) is hosting their fifth annual mother's day flower fundraiser.

This Mother’s Day, show your appreciation for all that mothers do with two heartfelt gifts: one to brighten her day, and one that helps women in need rebuild their lives. When you purchase a beautiful flower basket, you’re not only giving a stunning surprise to someone you love—you’re also supporting Cornerstone Housing for Women, a safe and compassionate refuge for women experiencing homelessness in Ottawa.

With your support, we’re giving women the chance to heal, find stability, and live with dignity.

These gorgeous flower baskets are grown locally with care at Nesbitt’s Greenhouse and Nursery in Aylmer, Quebec, and will be available for pickup in Ottawa.

Pickup Details

Pickup Location: 314 Booth Street, Ottawa or BMO Merivale Rd. 1450 Merivale Rd.
Pickup Date: Saturday May 10th 11am to 2pm
Baskets are available on a first-come, first-served basis on pickup day. Pickup location determined at online checkout.

Flower Basket Selection

Supertunia Vista Petunias – In vibrant Silverberry, Fuchsia, and Bubblegum, these blooms thrive all summer with minimal care.
Easy Wave Petunias – A lush mix of Sky Blue, Pink Cosmos, and Snow White for a soft, trailing display.

Grown with Love by Nesbitt’s Greenhouse and Nursery

Located in Aylmer, Quebec, Nesbitt’s Greenhouse and Nursery has been growing and sharing their love of plants since 1953. This family-owned and operated farm offers 45,000 sq. ft. of vibrant greenhouses filled with premium flowers, trees, shrubs, and evergreens.

Known for their exceptional customer service and deep horticultural knowledge, the Nesbitt family has been helping Ottawa and Gatineau locals beautify their homes and gardens for generations.

They’ve lovingly grown every basket for this fundraiser—so you’re giving a gift that’s full of heart from the ground up.
