What is Supportive Housing?

Supportive Housing provides wrap-around care and supports for individuals who have experienced homelessness, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. With the support of compassionate staff and community partners, residents of supportive housing can gain the life skills they need, to escape the cycle of homelessness.

Staff meet residents where they are at in their housing journey. We work collaboratively with residents and other members of their care team to empower them to achieve their goals.
