Princeton Residence

Princeton Residence is our newest housing community, recently built in 2018, and provides 42 women a permanent home of their own.
Princeton provides housing and services to women who need moderate support. The women who live in Ottawa’s west end are transitioning out of crisis, but still need some help living in the community.

Princeton is home to our unique Indigenous and Cultural Services Program, which supports the more than 20% of Indigenous residents.
Residence Features:
  • The space is round and warm with a big open entryway that was built so the house would feel like walking into open welcome arms.
  • It has a peaceful back courtyard, a big yard with a lovely swing, and was created as a sanctuary for all who enter.
