Outreach Program
The Outreach Program at Cornerstone Housing for Women offers individuals the option to maintain a supportive connection with Cornerstone's staff and services once they have moved on to suitable housing elsewhere.

This program connects individuals to support as they move beyond the walls of Cornerstone. With continued access to familiar staff and services, participants are better equipped to maintain their housing and pursue their goals. The Outreach Program ensures clients are not alone and helps them to thrive independently.
The Outreach Program supports up to 60 clients per year, with the goal of maintaining independence.
Support, ranging from one-time to on-going, is available to former residents of Cornerstone's residential programs, including our Emergency Shelter, on an as-needed basis. The Outreach Manager often provides assistance with advocacy, referrals, and occasional accompaniments.
