Join us for Cuisine for a Cause, a special evening featuring award-winning chef Joe Thottungal, founder of Coconut Lagoon and Thali, in support of Cornerstone Housing for Women.
Chef Joe will lead an engaging Masterclass cuisine demonstration, sharing the vibrant flavours, traditions, and culinary secrets of Kerala and South Indian cuisine. The evening will conclude with a luxurious multi-course Kerala-inspired benefit dinner, paired with a traditional beverage.
