The Goggins Challenge

The Goggins Challenge is a running event from Friday, March 3rd to Sunday, March 5th. The organizers will be running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours, beginning on Friday at 8pm, and ending on Sunday at 4pm. The organizers will be running in Ottawa, but runners are welcome to run wherever they are located.
This year, their goal is to raise $10,000 to support of Cornerstone Housing for Women.

You can sign up to run the entire event yourself, in a team to split up the runs, or to just run one or more of the 4-mile legs. Runners can donate, in lieu of a race fee. To donate, please visit: www.canadahelps.org/en/pages/2023-annual-ottawa-goggins-charity-challenge/
In addition to donations and running, you can join the Goggins Challenge for the final leg at Dominion City Brewing Company, at 3:45 on Sunday March 5th. The final 4 mile Goggins’ leg will start at 4pm (sharp) from the brewery. This will be followed by a celebration at the brewery, where $2 of every pint will be donated directly to Cornerstone!
